About WeekPlate

WeekPlate was built out of a simple frustration: most meal planning tools give you recipes, not plans. They assume you have unlimited energy, time, and enthusiasm for cooking. Most weeks, that is not the reality.

WeekPlate takes a different approach. Instead of browsing recipes, it asks what your week actually looks like — your household, budget, energy, dietary needs, and effort tolerance — then returns a plan with grocery coordination, prep notes, and meals that fit. Each meal comes with a reason explaining why it suits your situation.

The goal is not to be the fanciest recipe site. It is to be the most useful meal planner when you are tired, busy, or undecided about what to cook.

Open beta

WeekPlate is available now in beta. The waitlist is there for updates and wider rollout news, not because the core planner is hidden behind vague launch language.

Built by asambl

WeekPlate is made by the same team behind asambl — a private planning system designed to help you shape your week ahead. Both products share the same philosophy: tools should reduce friction, not add it.
